Regenerative Health
"Our health is DEPENDENT on the health of our soil."

Symptoms are our body's way of communicating with us, and given a safe and supportive environment, we innately know how to be free from dis-ease.

Every year, rates of chronic health conditions like obesity, autoimmune disorders, and cardiovascular disease are on the rise. When looking into the root cause of all of these, it comes down to the health of our gut.

As an integrative practitioner, my main focus of care is to bring individuals closer to their environment.

Food has unfortunately changed over the last 40+ years, and so has the state of our health.

With less than 1% of the earth's soil being deemed nutrient dense, we are faced with a global health crisis of undernourishment and over-toxicity.

Fast farming practices and glyphosate, a neurotoxic water-soluble chemical and antibiotic in our food, water and air, are the main contributors to these changes.

Our health is dependent on the health of our soil.

Micronutrients and amino acids are essential to the growth and regeneration of tissues and cells, and without regenerative farming practices, our food (organic included) doesn't provide us with these essential nutrients anymore.

As an advocate for holistic health, I have partnered with Regenerative Health Specialists to offer SOLUTIONS.

The key to reversing symptoms is two fold: helping the body get rid of the build up of these neurotoxic chemicals and lymphatic waste, while flooding the body with nutrient-dense food to repair the damage.

We partner with only the purest regeneratively grown farms, which are both organic and lab tested for chemicals, to provide individualized protocols of nutrient dense superfoods.

Let me know how I can help you restore your health from the inside out. This is the solution for optimal health!

Tips on supporting your elimination pathways:

Did you know that your body is made up of 20% blood and 80% lymphatic fluid?

Blood provides nourishment to the cells, while lymph removes the waste.

A combination of chemical pesticides, and an acidic environment puts added stress on the lymphatic system and leads to a plethora of symptoms as inflammation slows down our elimination pathways.

Our body eliminates waste via the kidneys, bowels, breath and skin. When those systems are backed up, there is added stress on the liver and gut, which further leads to hormonal imbalances and consequently, whole-body disruption in health.

After nourishing your body with nutrient-dense foods, there are other ways to support your body's elimination pathways:

Foam Rolling

Spend 5-10 minutes each morning rolling to give your lymphatic system a boost. This is my go-to routine in the morning or when I need to relieve stress. This video shows multiple ways to use the foam roller and is only 10 minutes long.

Dry Brushing

Dry brushing is another way to help the skin release toxins, as it's one of our major elimination organs. You can learn more about dry brushing here

Drinking Filtered Water

Glyphosate and other contaminates are unfortunately in most of our water sources. Prioritize spring water and filtered water. If you are looking to biohack your health even further, check out the LumiVitae Molecular Hydrogen Water Bottle in my SHOP. It uses advanced technology to infuse water with molecular hydrogen, providing potential health benefits such as antioxidant production and inflammation modulation.

Nettle Tea

Stinging nettle leaf tea has several health benefits, which include managing inflammation, decreasing pain and is packed with micronutrients. Once the leaves are picked and dried, they lose their sting and are safe to ingest. One of my favorite organic brands is Traditional Medicinals Organic Nettle Herbal Leaf Tea.

Breathwork

Stressors cause changes to our breathing, and when we breath faster and take shorter breathes, this not only makes our internal environment more acidic, it disrupts the elimination of pathogens that are exhaled. Breathwork, in various forms, can help us slow down, reconnect with our body and breath, and aid in our elimination pathways. Apps such as Calm, and Smiling Mind: Meditation App can be great resources.

Integrative Care

Integrative care options such as: acupuncture, chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, naturopathic medicine, homeopathy and other holistic practices all work to help bring the body into balance and support the nutritive and elimination systems.
