Here is the link to the Regenerative Your Health site with a 30-day meal plan, welcome video, and lots of other resources for you. We host free support calls, that are linked at the bottom of this page, with regenerative health practitioners, and we also have a free app that you can download. All of those details are on the site. The app has even more recipes, gentle exercises, ideas for self-care, bath detox recipes, and more.

  • For the most benefit, I recommend phasing out dairy, alcohol, animal products, coffee, and caffeine if you eat/drink any of those currently. It's best to cut them out altogether for this protocol if you are ready, as they are mucus-forming and inflammatory to a damaged gut

  • Fruits are amazing and very cleansing, so eat as many as you want! The sugar in fruits is VERY different from processed sugars. They give our cells immediate energy (ATP). They cleanse our bodies and are extremely alkaline. Just remember that when you eat fruits, eat them alone. They digest super quickly, so we don't want them fermenting with other foods in your stomach (causes candida). I usually eat fruits 1 hour before eating something else. 

  • There are also no calorie restrictions during this. I want your body to feel NOURISHED because that is when it can really start to repair and rebuild. We just want to focus on the quality of food (whole foods from the earth), not quantity. Anytime you are hungry, please eat.

  • Please see below about common detox symptoms that some people may experience. If you do experience anything, it typically only lasts a few days. Cell Defender is amazing for pulling out toxins that are being released during your transformation.  It can be taken daily to pull out heavy metals and toxins.

  • If you do not currently foam roll, I recommend purchasing one. Spend 5-10 minutes each morning rolling to give your lymphatic system a boost. This is my go-to routine in the morning or when I need to relieve stress. This video shows multiple ways to use the foam roller and is only 10 minutes long. 

  • Dry brushing is another way to help the skin release toxins, as it's one of our major elimination organs. You can learn more about dry brushing here

  • I also love acupuncture, saunas and ice baths to stimulate the nervous system and aid the body's natural healing abilities.

  • Lastly, please ensure you are purchasing organic foods as much as possible. If you have a Costco membership, they have a wide variety of organic fruits and veggies (frozen and fresh). Trader Joe's and Aldi are other options for affordable organic foods.

Detox Symptoms & Support

Here is a list of some of the symptoms you might experience during a die-off (otherwise known as a Herxheimer reaction). Die off is caused by the toxins, heavy metals, parasites and candida that are already in your body being stirred up and cleared out of your gut and cells throughout your whole body.

  • Nausea

  • Headache

  • Fatigue

  • Dizziness

  • Swollen glands

  • Bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhea

  • Increased joint or muscle pain

  • Elevated heart rate

  • Chills, cold feeling in your extremities

Not everyone experiences this and most that do are cleared up in three days. Those that have a heavy candida imbalance in the gut tend to experience the hardest die off symptoms due to the 80 different toxins the candida release while dying off.

  • Drink plenty of purified spring water - LumiVitae, a molecular hydrogen water bottle, is one of the greatest investments you can make when it comes to biohacking your health. Learn more HERE.

  • Take Epsom salt or sea salt baths with baking soda and apple cider vinegar (one cup each).

  • Sweat and rest as much as you can. Sweating is great for accelerating the removal of toxins! Saunas and steam rooms can be super helpful. However a hot bath or sitting in the bathroom while the shower steams are effective as well.

  • Vaginal ('yoni') steaming is an ancient practice where one sits over a steaming pot of herb-infused water to cleanse and soothe the vagina and uterus, regulate menstrual cycles, and alleviate period discomforts like cramps and bloating. The herbs help to both detoxify and regenerate vaginal tissues.
