Herbal Tinctures
Lung Support
Purpose: Strengthen Wei Qi (defensive Qi), support clear breathing, and ease seasonal shifts.
Key herbs: Huang Qi, Bai Zhu, Xiang Ru, Zhi Gan Cao
TCM actions: Tonifies Qi and Wei Qi, supports Lung and Spleen, transforms damp, releases the exterior.
Use when: Pollen season, wind exposure, lingering throat tickle, post-outdoor recovery.
How to take: 1 dropper in warm water 2–3 times daily. For sensitive bodies, start with ½ dropper once daily and increase as needed.
Notes: Best used consistently through spring and fall for steady support.
Digestive Support
Purpose: Smooth digestion, reduce bloating, and lift post-meal fatigue.
Key herbs: Chen Pi, Huang Qi, Bai Zhu
TCM actions: Regulates Qi, strengthens the middle, transforms damp, supports Spleen Qi.
Use when: Heaviness after meals, sluggish bowels, gas or belching, low energy after eating.
How to take: 1 dropper before or after meals 2–3 times daily during digestive flares or seasonal transitions.
Emotion Support
Purpose: Soothe overthinking, steady the nervous system, and build gentle vitality.
Key herbs: Dang Shen, Fu Ling, Gou Qi Zi, Da Zao
TCM actions: Tonifies Qi and Blood, nourishes Heart and Spleen, calms the Shen.
Use when: Worry, mental fatigue, low mood from depletion, unsettled sleep.
How to take: 1 dropper midday or early evening 1–2 times daily as a steady tonic.
Womb-an’s Care
Purpose: Nourish Blood and Yin, harmonize cycles, and replenish during postpartum or times of depletion.
Key herbs: Shou Di Huang, Bai Shao, Zhi Gan Cao, Hei Gou Qi Zi, Dang Gui
TCM actions: Nourishes Blood and Yin, regulates menses, softens cramping, moistens dryness.
Use when: Irregular cycles, dryness, fatigue, postpartum rebuilding, preconception care.
How to take: 1 dropper daily. Especially supportive after menstruation to rebuild or through the first 40 days postpartum.
